"Harmony at Dawn: Unveiling the Epigenetic Symphony in Oncolytic Virotherapy"
The cover illustration captures an imaginary sunrise landscape symbolizing the dawn of new possibilities in cancer therapy. The rising sun takes the form of an oncolytic virus coated with tumor-specific peptides, orchestrating the antitumor activity of CD8+ T cells. These T cells are portrayed as crossing a DNA bridge, signifying their journey towards the tumor site. In addition, the heterogeneity of cancer cells is vividly depicted as mountains of different colors.
A noteworthy detail is the intentional depiction of T cells walking "epi < επί" on the DNA strand bridge, emphasizing the significance of the epigenetic agent utilized in this study in tandem with the oncolytic adenovirus. This artistic representation serves as a visual narrative, encapsulating the intricate interplay between oncolytic virotherapy, CD8+ T cell response, and the epigenetic modulation explored in the study.
